Because VMS Alarms use only General Electric Products, we can stand behind our product by offering a FULL product warranty at no additional monthly charge to you. We also provide full service in your area to have any replacement parts installed.

Our Warranty stays in effect for as long as you continue to have your system monitored by VMS Alarms/Monitronics monitoring station. The Warranty does not include batteries, or damages as a result of abuse, act of God, or in the event product is not used for its intended purposes.

Our service department will attempt to fix your alarm system over the phone, and if necessary send out one of our trained technicians in your area.
